2023 Congressional Art Competition Awards Ceremony

Congressman Bean held an awards ceremony in Jacksonville to announce the winners of the 2023 Congressional Art Competition for Florida’s Fourth Congressional District. A total of 43 high school students from across the district submitted 77 artistic pieces for this year’s competition.

Official winner: Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich by Emma Kruthoff, Fernandina Beach High School

Second place: Urgence by Gracie Batten, Fernandina Beach High School

Third place: An Offering by Alana Murray, Fernandina Beach High School
