According to the Jacksonville Daily Record, Otto Aviation is a Texas-based aviation startup that is considering building a passenger plane manufacturing and production facility at Cecil Airport.
Otto Aviation’s expansion into Jacksonville represents a major investment in our economy, with plans to inject $430 million into the region while creating 400 high-paying jobs with an average salary of $90,000 by 2031.
