Bean Supports Troops, Securing the Homeland
WASHINGTON—U.S. Congressman Aaron Bean (FL-04) released the following statement after voting in support of H.R. 3838, the Streamlining Procurement for Effective Execution and Delivery and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (NDAA).

This year’s NDAA delivers on every front. It invests in cutting-edge technologies, reinforces our nuclear deterrence, secures our southern border, and boosts military readiness to confront growing threats. It puts our warfighters ahead of politics, provides a 3.8% pay raise for all service members, and saves taxpayers over $20 billion thanks to cost-cutting initiatives led by DOGE.

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is legislation that Congress passes each year to make changes to the policies and organization of the U.S. Department of War and outlines how defense funding will be allocated.
