Bean Statement on the Anniversary of October 7 Hamas Terrorist Attack

WASHINGTON—Today, U.S. Congressman Aaron Bean (FL-04) released the following statement on the one-year anniversary of Hamas’s terrorist attack on Israel:

“One year ago today, Hamas barbarically murdered more than 1,200 men, women, and children, and took 251 hostages.

For 365 days, families and communities have continued to suffer waiting for the safe return of their loved ones. It’s time for their immediate release. The 97 remaining hostages—including 4 Americans—must be reunited with their families. 

As we mark the anniversary of this tragedy, my message for my Jewish brothers and sisters right here in America and around the world is this: we see your heartbreak, we see your pain, and you are not alone,” said Congressman Bean.
